Ratings and Reviews
Find for basics, otherwise sorely lacking
IMDb is great And we all love the content and the benefit that it is in our modern lives. But that is not the question at hand. We are talking about the iPhone app, and that unfortunately is extremely disappointing and sorely lacking. It’s when you for example try and write reviews or rate others reviews and such processes that you come completely unstuck. Not only can you not do it on the app, but the link that it has through to the website is buggy and ridiculous. Rather just use the IMDb website from your computer and save yourself a lot of frustration.
Fulfils its purpose
Wonderful app to let you rate movies you’ve seen, get review of movies you haven’t, keep up to date with the latest blockbusters and create a watchlist.
I find the recommendations list very helpful, but would prefer it if movies or series that you’ve rated don’t show up in the list. I also have a problem with the process of checking in, I would prefer it if there were only a button you have to press instead of having to click into the film entirely. Except for these complaints that app is perfect.
Great app
By far the only app you should use when rating or finding movies that are worth watching. If you like all the details about directors and actors then this too is the best app by far 10/10
