I see that for Word, or Powerpoint documents, you can export to different apps to open, i.e. the word app. There is no feature that allows me to export PDF’s to other apps. I normally export them to an app such as Notability, which allows me to take notes directly on the document. Even when I click ‘add note/freehand’ in the app, it does nothing. Is there a fix on the way that will restore the share button, and if so, when can we see it being released?

I believe my password to my account was made public and people started using my account to download textbooks that i bought. Now i tried to use the books again on my phone and i am prompted with a server authentication error saying the book has already been linked to the maximum number of devices. I assumed this could be fixed by changing my account password but to no avail. I searched your help on the app and found nothing that will help and nowhere to contact anyone to help me. The help function of the website doesn't even work and again i cannot find anywhere to contact anyone to help. Please fix this issue. This was a mistake on my part but i cant find any support to rectify the issue and i do not want to creat a new email account or buy the textbooks again.

I’ve used this app for the last couple of years just to access my textbooks and it has given me no hassles until now. I can’t seem to use the ‘split screen’ function on my IPad in order to use my note taking app and this app to make notes and refer to my textbook together when this app is open. When I try, it gives me a notification that this function is not supported. Please try and fix this issue as it is quite an inconvenience to skip between apps when it is easier to have them both open and next to each other.
