Issue with Login to Mindbourne Video Portal App
Dear Mindbourne Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to report an issue I am experiencing with the Mindbourne video portal app. It appears that I am unable to log into my account despite multiple attempts. The app does not proceed past the login screen, even after entering the correct credentials.
I have tried common troubleshooting steps such as:
• Ensuring I have the latest version of the app installed.
• Verifying my internet connection.
• Restarting the app and my device.
Unfortunately, the issue persists. Could you please assist in resolving this problem? I would appreciate your help in regaining access to the video portal as soon as possible.

As a student using this book, I would say it is very very helpful in terms of breaking down certain aspects of a topic someone might not understand. There have been many times where the teacher’s methods in the videos accommodate different learning styles and different techniques to solve something so that you can get the best outcome. I highly recommend this textbook and using the video portal. It comes at a cost but can save you from needing extra Maths lessons and more costly support. :)
Terrible
The videos do not load. Then when I try again on another day those same videos that didn’t load can’t be accessed. Absolutely terrible
