Self-inspection not submitting

At first, I thought the App user experience was amazing until I got to the point where I needed to sign and submit my car self-inspection. I have tried multiple times, switched from using data to Wifi, restarted my phone but still nothing works. When I click ‘submit’ after signing the self-inspection absolutely nothing happens except the submit button disappears and the only button I can press is ‘clear’. I really wanted to use the self-inspection as I don’t have time to go into an inspection Centre. Really worried as I’m now driving without cover because the app function isn’t working.

Left abandoned in the rain - DISGUSTING SERVICE

My partner and I had an engagement party to attend in Roodepoort, from Centurion. We ordered the MiWay Take Me Home Service, to which we received a message to say that someone would phone us shortly, never happened. Then we got another message to say that our order was successful and they’d meet us at 22h45, did they? Nope. It was hailing and everyone left the location at which we were at so we had no choice but to drive home in our intoxicated states, risking criminal records. Then the next morning, they have the nerve to call and ask how our ride went, and when they were informed of what happened, they merely replied: “oh sorry, hopefully next time will be better”. Never in my life have I received such bad service from, absolutely useless company.

Unable to log in or register

I was about to add my car and home to MiWay but the app performance is giving me an impression of the service I’m likely to experience. For such an established entity a mobile application shouldn’t perform this horribly. I clicked on forgot password and the app says my profile doesn’t exist, when I try to register again from scratch the app says I already have an existing profile. So what must happen 🤦🏾 this has been happening for a while
