App is ok.
App is snappy. Problem is the app try’s to integrate with your FNB app. Which is annoying as your FNB app might want you to verify your device again. Like mine.
I personally would not install this app again based on the inconvenience of having to activate my device (for the 3rd time) verses the features.
Could not login
I have two cars purchased through Wesbank. The app requires a card and a visit to an ATM before you can load your profile. I do not have a card. Confusing!
Viewing documents is broken
If youre lucky you may get the app to show you your settlement quotation. Most of the time it doesnt work. And when it does, it shows you the document from the same effective date every time even if you change the date. Embarrassingly bad.
