The new and improved Santam Client App provides a range of features for Santam policyholders leading to an enhanced self-service experience. The registration and authentication process is effortless which allows users access to their Santam policy portfolio. User profiles can be personalized, policy information is presented in a more simplistic way and additional cover or policy changes can be requested in a few easy steps. The SOS emergency button is available for insurance related emergencies and will alert Santam’s emergency response team. Claims can be submitted and can be tracked in a few easy steps.

App shuts down on its own

Every time I try and check my transaction history on my claims card, the App bombs out and closes.......very annoying, please fix otherwise might as well delete app.

Disappointed with the App

Services/Quick links tab (Roadside Assistance, Locksmiths etc) not shown on my App as it is shown on the preview app menu, i am disappointed

Useless App

My son had an accident on Friday and I tried using the app. Submitted info and photos but ended with a technical error. App said that recorded data would be captured. I phoned Santam on Monday to confirm whether claim had been captured. Nothing had been updated. I had to go through all the claim details again on the phone. I will be deleting this app as it is useless.
