Description

The new and improved Santam Client App provides a range of features for Santam policyholders leading to an enhanced self-service experience. The registration and authentication process is effortless which allows users access to their Santam policy portfolio. User profiles can be personalized, policy information is presented in a more simplistic way and additional cover or policy changes can be requested in a few easy steps. The SOS emergency button is available for insurance related emergencies and will alert Santam’s emergency response team. Claims can be submitted and can be tracked in a few easy steps.

Good app

Used for raising a claim, lot of steps but captures relevant information. Got a tracking screen afterwards with the details, loved it as I can see the status and the contact info along with my documents.
Policy part could be more better seems like too many data in a single screen, but it does the work.
Waiting for more features in the future.

Loving it!

Helpful with raising claim and tracking those.
Got an option to rate the service provider after the completion. It would be better if I can see the rating of the service provider while requesting for one.
Over all I am loving the app.

Can’t log in after upgrading (Issue Resolved)

Login issues were resolved. Thanks to the development team for a prompt response in assisting with the issue.

Dear Valued Customer,
In this upgrade there a initial data sync up (only for the first time) which will take around 30-50 sec based on the network conditions. So on the login page it will show a loading indicator. Kindly wait till the loading is over and provide the credentials and login.
