Please bring back the transaction/balance graphs

I love the new look and feel of the app. The UI and navigation changes are a welcome refresh. However, there are inconsistencies between different parts, eg. the My Person Portfolio section takes you back to the very outdated web UI design.

Something I would like to see back is the graphs that show the account balance and transactions over a selected time period up to 180 days.

Needs to be an app of 2024, not of 2004.

The app itself does what it’s supposed to do. However, even starting from the looks, seems outdated. There is a big difference between minimalism and being simplistic and this app goes on the simplistic side.
It is also unbelievable that for instance doesn’t have direct access or connectivity to “travel by Investec”, or that on a USD call deposit you have to “pay” yourself, instead of listing it as a transfer.
I’m very happy with the bank, but having been a user of FNB for a number of years, the FNB app seems substantially more advanced and user friendly than the current Investec app.
The app should also have dedicated optional forex tab for forex transaction and automate the BOP when receiving funds from abroad (other banks have already done so). Having to complete a PDF every time a foreign transaction comes in seems as of last decade. Next one will be a requirement to fax the BOP to Investec.
Investec should also separate the balance of “checking” and the credit, as having available credit does not directly translate to your actual balance.
The “contact” tab sometimes will not even connect you with a costumer service agent, it’s just a never-ending wait, and things go unresolved.
With such a great financial institution, Investec is due for a mayor overhaul of their app to reflect what this bank really is.

App freezes, landscape mode, default reference

Often freezes on iphone 6s. Then works fine for a while after phone is restarted. Never had any issues before ios13 and related app updates but all other other apps are working properly without this issue on the same phone.

App functionality in landscape mode would be great and default references when making transfers (not payments). This can be overwritten if user wishes. I transfer between accounts often and latest update requires keying in ‘from reference’ and ‘to reference’ every time. The whole point of app is to make things easier and quicker. This just slows things down.
