Would appreciate the ability to block marketing messages from certain vendors. I get messages from vendors that I have never used and never plan to use. The ability to block or snooze messages from such vendors would be welcomed. Bar this I love using this app for purchase and for our business.

Worst Platform and Robotic Customer Support

This is with a heavy heart but I tried buying an Uber eats voucher on this app and after payment it kept on saying there is an error and I called their support, they said they’ll give me a Zapper Cash refund which they provided. And then I went to available vouchers to buy and an Uber voucher was available and then I tried to buy that. Guess what happened after I bought it?! You guessed it! Had the same effn error! Mind you this is 3 days in now. I contact them and they ask for any shopping cards I have on the app and a picture of my ID which I provide. After that they ask me to provide card details of the card I use for the purchase which is not mine but I provide it. Now they ask me the card is not in your name blah blah but they didn’t care when I was buying. Mind you now this is 5 days in for an Uber eats voucher I wanted to use on Monday. Honestly Zapper y’all can just keep the money, buy the staff some gum or something but I’m done. If you wanted Zapper please try and find an alternative.
Spam Notifications

Ok… so I complained about this before and they actually removed the spam notifications for me, but there still isn’t an option to choose the type of notifications you want to receive. I just received 6 notifications of loyalty cards and special offers this morning…. NOT ACCEPTABLE the app overall is pretty good, but the forced spam is enough to make me want to remove it. If you give us the option to choose what notifications we get, you will have much less irritation coming from us. I am 100% sure you understand that your app without notifications is a terrible option, so you just force adds onto us… fix it or loose customers, both merchants and buyers as I am sure to complain about Zapper every time I see it
Great, but UX needs attention

Great app, works very well, but the UX requires changes. The default option is to pay the entire bill. This is a lovely thought, but in fact this leads to lots of accidental payments (getting everyone at the table to pay the one guy who used Zapper and accidentally paid the whole bill - keeps happening to me - it's all fun and games until you accidentally pay for a table of 20). The default option should be splitting the bill which is what most people do most often, and is the main convenience of the app.
