I've turned to this platform out of sheer frustration with RainTalk's lack of functionality on iOS. Despite attempting the suggested steps to enable voice talk LTE, I'm still unable to use the service. The most disheartening aspect is the lack of expertise within the support team and their leaders in resolving this matter.

Numerous interactions with various agents and team leaders have left me disappointed, as each of them assured me a callback that never materialized. It's been a frustrating two months grappling with this problem, during which I've been unable to utilize the included minutes in my RainOne SIM card plan.

I'm hopeful that the developers can swiftly address these persistent issues, as it's disheartening to see a potentially great service marred by technical setbacks. My experience has been far from ideal, and I'm eager to finally enjoy the full benefits of my plan

I have been patient to see whether this App will be useful for the past 4 months I joined the RAIN network , but it turns out that the App developers can’t do much to help the situation. The only thing that worked on the App is the adverts, otherwise nothing worked, after several updates.

Additionally, the whole internet service is nothing to write home about, and what’s worst it stopped completely since two weeks now and still not working till date. Turning to the RAIN App to raise ticket, that also didn’t work, hence putting all my frustration in this review.

Apart from the prompt monthly debits, there has been 4 months of poor service( poor connectivity, extremely low and crawling internet speed, no support etc) is enough to switch to a better internet provider.

I wanted to switch to Rain a while back but trying to put in my delivery address (a business) I could not find the correct one so I decided to leave the order all together and continue with my current wifi plan. Now im being spammed from sms and whatsapp that I get R100-R200 off my order when I place one, valid for limited time. I do not want anything to do with Rain anymore but since I already made an account, what can I do for them to leave me alone?

It’s the smallest things that can dig a hole in a business and unfortunately the Delivery address was it for me.. Such a shame i’ll never get to try out the service but spamming deals is getting annoying.
