Paying way too much!! Billed daily for water, billed once a week for electricity and nothing adds up!! How can a studio flat cost more than a 3 bedroom house’s water and electricity bills? I don’t even use my lights, I don’t cook every day, I don’t have a washing machine, don’t have a bath, shower only, but my electricity bill and water bills are way more what I paid for when I lived in a 3 bedroom house with a bath and a washing machine and I cooked every day and the lights were on in every room plus I had my sewing machines on daily. How do you explain that living in a tiny flat is costing me more?? All I get told is that this system is accurate. Can’t be!

Why why whyyyyyy does the payment gateway need my Standard Bank online banking password? Please, for the love of all things modern, allow the use of SnapScan or Apple Pay. I feel deeply uncomfortable with entering my online banking *password* into such a poorly designed app.

bills too quickly, also my electricity keeps going off. when i pay, it keeps reversing so i put in more money. it’s been around 18 hours without any electricity because the system can’t take the money… p.s there was money left before it switched off. such a bad app, clearly this person has put in no efforts to fix this app. i am so cross
