These invoices are then automatically marked as ‘fully paid’ or ‘partially paid’, depending on the amount assigned. • Simplified online payments – We’ve simplified the process of applying for, and using, the Online Payments feature to make it even easier for you get your customer invoices paid quickly. • Document changes – We’ve made the following enhancements to the documents on SMEgo: o The ‘Sub Total’ amount shown on all documents is now shown excluding VAT. o You can capture your customers’ VAT numbers and have those displayed on all documents you create for them. o Your bank account details are now clearly displayed on all documents. Recent enhancements to our funding application process mean that you can: access your personal bank statements from your bank through our secure TRUID partner and submit them as part of your Personal Loan application. get detailed funding requirements for Contract funding, Purchase Order finance, and Unsecured Business Loans to improve your chances of qualifying.

We've made some fixes and enhancements to improve your overall experience on SMEgo

SMEgo users can now add VAT at a product/service level on all relevant documents. For example, one invoice can now have products/services that include and exclude VAT. Previously, you could only add VAT to the total amount of the invoice etc. Access our digital marketplace, SME e-Market, through SMEgo. SME e-Market is your one stop shop where you can sell your products and services securely online. You can also buy products from any seller. Sign up is free.
