Lowers your credit score
Great in theory but they don’t tell you it adds an enquiry for every provider they compare resulting in your credit score going down significantly. More transparency in this is required.

Hi Sapom, thanks for the feedback.
Just to let you know - an ITC check is part of getting insurance quotes since it is used in the insurer's risk models. However, we do this once at inception and then the result is stored for 90 days so that the check isn't done more frequent than that.
Moreover, we also do a single check for all the insurers apart from King Price and Miway(who does their own check). This means that you get up to 7 quotes and can quote fairly often without getting multiple ITC checks for each insurer. If you went directly to these insurers there would be an ITC check for each.
