Ratings and Reviews
Not intuitive at all
I’ve always said to Investec that their apps and websites are not intuitive at all.
This is no exception.
There are so many platforms out there they could taken from. This is not user friendly at all.
Has potential
Aware that its early days and they are still making improvements constantly. Great brand.
Disaster
Login fails. Having to reconnect Investec account time after time. And the password reset email never arrives.
Really disappointing from a UX point of view. Never mind you could only buy shares in app but sell them on web. No continuity.
ThinkTrader or MT5 are leagues ahead.
