Great GUI but Performance is a little finicky
Im using the app on an Iphone10x and the GUI is wonderful and gives the impression of a high performance trading app, however, the experience is lacking. The app doesn’t refresh on certain pages; I have to go back to the landing page all the time, in order to tigger a refresh, or kill the app altogether. This gives a sense of unreliability, especially since it deals with our money. Ive had to uninstall mine and go with an alternative, for peace of mind.

Withdrawal problems
I’m never trading with these guys again, the deposit process was smooth but when I wanted to withdraw I had to use Skrill or Neteller, I couldn’t withdraw into the same bank account with which I’ve made the deposit.

We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience. Kindly note that the deposit and withdrawal methods must match for security reasons. If you deposited using local banks and tried to pay out using another option, your request will be rejected.
