Our Pizza Place 4+

Not only the best pizza on the peninsula but now a great user friendly app! What a pleasure placing an order!!!

Seems like usability tests and other user research weren’t performed on this app. Not sure how to access the pizza I want. No visible search function. No aparent acces to menus out can order off within the app. There’s a limited series of “favourites” that only scrolls as far as a gartic pizza then the scrolling arrow fails as it selects and loads the garlic base. The arrows don’t work properly on this gallery. You try scroll through this limited list and it selects these pizzas you don’t want. There’s also ads for cough lozenges, headache tablets and other unrelated products which cheapen the whole experience of trying to order a pizza. And then a static menu, which I may as well just look at on the website before phoning my order through, as there’s no apparent means for ordering them on the app. The website actually works better than this app. Poor functionality and aesthetics - badly designed fonts, colors, boxes etc. Couldn’t order... app deleted

So many issues with this app I don’t even know where to start. Trouble setting a password. I can see my order and the status, then when I exit the app and log back in it says no order has been made yet. The bottoms on the bottom make no sense, they should rather have a button for quick and easy access to your recent order to check the status. The home button does not work.
