Hi there. I downloaded and was excited for you guys to be up and running again. And was looking forward to my coffee, not just the free one but to start collecting my tokens again when I buy coffee from you, which is very often. But when I went to get my coffee the waitress struggled to have my coupon retrieved and After 10min in the shop - Woodstock I had to leave and left empty handed. Regardless the free coffee there had been many times that I scan for a token and its jot being loaded and the feedback always was off line. Not sure where the fault is. Maybe look into this.

Don’t download this app, I sent my husband a R50 gift voucher as a test and he received his almost immediately. I sent another gift voucher of R400 to my mother in law on the 24 December 2023 and up till today the voucher does not appear on her app. Sent more than one email to their head office I have still not received feedback. I visited one of the restaurants and the store manager said that they would escalate the case. This app is not compatible with all mobile numbers, wish I had none before buying the voucher.
