I recently and always visiting Wimpy Balaphil and was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service! The staff were efficient, friendly, and attentive, making my experience truly enjoyable.

What struck me most was the conducive environment, perfect for a quick workspace or meeting. If you're looking for a comfortable spot to get some work done or hold a brief meeting, Wimpy Balaphil is an excellent choice.

Exceptional service!

Just came to dine there for my brunch, got served by such a very calm and respectful waitress; Simphiwe. She was ready to take my order and quickly brought my Hot chocolate, within minutes she returned back with my meal and kept on checking up on me as I was enjoying my delicious Brekkie.

She then later on reminded me of scanning my points, which I that alone give it an applause as not all the waiters get to do that.

Will def come back for that 😁

Locked out

I have had an enjoyed the app for more than a year, its worked brilliantly. A few weeks ago my app crashed and required sign in, after failing, i tried to reset password without success.. i have R120+ worth of credit and cant access the app.. please asssit
