It’s a truly amazing app for identifying flowers and plants, would 100% recommend!
Charged for a free trial and diagnose doesn’t work

If I take 3 pictures my plant it loads but doesn’t show any diagnosis or any message showing an error or that there’s no diagnosis because the plant is healthy. I’m not sure why this is happening and even if I take photos of an unhealthy plant nothing happens. I also accepted the free trial but still got charged the full amount immediately. This is infuriating.
