I use this for prepaid water meter and but I have no water, my account is blocked and I owe R366… question is how so if it’s prepaid
Okay App, But Not Greatly Integrated
The app is okay and I can view my electricity usage. What is not that great is the I need to force close the app to update my hourly readings.
My biggest disappointment is that I cannot see my water usage. I have sent numerous emails to their support emails but have not even received an acknowledgment. I hope one day when it works that I will not be hit with a big bill.
