Pet section
It would be awesome if like other property apps you could select whether you are looking for pet friendly in the filters section. It’s hard enough trying to sift through what you looking for especially if it needs to pet friendly. You have to going each rental to read the details & even then sometimes the pet info is not there. 🙏🏻
This app is just a waste of time.
Unfortunately this app allows estate agents to fraudulently list houses that have already been sold, often more than 2 years ago, in an attempt to get potential buyers to contact them so that they can spam you with property you're not interested in. Unfortunately this has been reported previously in other user reviews, but developers have done nothing to curb this. The new trend is to deal directly with owners (via attorneys) and avoid estate agents completely. Two of our friends have found properties at vastly better prices by circumventing the agents after their mandates were up. Estate agents only seem to complicate matters and are not accountable for misrepresentation or poor advice.
Been trying to find property for the last 6 months via this app. Will rather deal directly with owner after agent mandate finishes and then finalize with either attorney or via bond originators.
Good but needs improvement
It’s so difficult to find the right property and you download apps like this to try and make it easier, however, I am not sure why holiday rentals are allowed to be advertised on this platform? It gets in the way and highly frustrating to try and sift through as most of the time you only realize it’s a holiday rental halfway through the description. I have raised this directly but no response:( PLEASE can you provide agents with a separate filter/field to indicate holiday rentals so that we as users are able to filter these out.
