HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I’ve used this app for well over a year without any issues. Yesterday the app broke. I emailed support not expecting anything and to my surprise the developer responded immediately acknowledging the issue and confirming they were working on a fix. This is FIRST a time an app developer has ever bothered to reply. Late last night I followed up again and they indicated the fix was imminent and an update would be released over night. True to their word, this morning the update was available in the APP store - I updated and am now back in action. A big thank you to the developer (whoever you are) for being super responsive and understanding the value of good customer service. I love this app. It’s easy to use, it’s a massive time saver for me and allows me to work on the go with ease. I’ve tried a good few others and just ended up frustrated each time! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! And if it’s not working - take the time to pop an email asking for support xx
