I’ve ordered from SHEIN a number of times now. The service is always great. You get constant notifications about your order in real time. Delivery through Buffalo Logistics seems to work better than through Aramex, although you don’t pay any custom fees through Aramex and you do through Buffalo Logistics. The quality of the products are always great, especially for the price one pays. Everything is individually packaged. The down side is if you order multiple quantities of the ‘random items’ , you sometimes end up with the same colour of the same product. I wish they would give you multiple colours. I’ve always received my order. I would recommend them without a shadow of a doubt.

Their clothes quality is always great. If you can shop at MRP & H&M, and you’re fine with their quality. You’d be fine with SHEIN.
I’ve ordered thrice from SHEIN & all times the service has been great, delivered in time or before time. So far my parcels went through Buffalo & Fastway together, always arrived earlier. Once it went through Aramex, they are a bit slower but still great. Shein is reliable to order from as they use reputable couriers this side. Please be patient with courier and customs, as a package can take up to four weeks, and sometimes even a few days longer or another month longer if the package randomly stopped at South African customs, Shein and the courier can’t help for this and you would be liaible for the penalty fees unfortunately. If you are not up for paying customs fees and possible penalty fees for random custom selections simply don’t order from overseas. If you’re up to be patient and pay an addition 15 - 30% in customs for unique clothing then SHEIN is the way to go! Again, stunning clothing and home items and great courier companies being used in South Africa. Keep up the good work!

i am extremely impressed with Shein. i have always received my products, the timing does not take 4 months like Aliexpress does. Since March this year i have purchased 10 large parcels from Shein, their parcel comes through exactly in 2 to 3 weeks, their tracking is very accurate, their products are of exceptional quality & beautiful & stunning. i have spend close to R9000 so far in Shein products in the last 3 months , & i have NO regrets. i will continue to buy more. Their logistics company in South Africa is also excellent. Unlike Aliexpress where as soon as the parcel arrives in south africa it goes into a black hole with no tracking status. i have been waiting for 2 months for a parcel i ordered from Aliexpress, & their tracking system has not been updated since a months ago !!. Aliexpress is so useless. Aliexpress needs to make sure they choose a reputable logistics company in South afria, & not just deliver to the post office where it goes into a black hole!!!
