SimCash provides account users with a virtual wallet and a transactional card. Once money is loaded into the account, they are then able to use their card to pay for goods or pay from one wallet to another wallet on the SimCash system. SimCash app can be used by account holders to manage their spend accounts in their digital wallets. The SimCash app is intended for use by account holders using the app. Linked to the virtual wallet, is a loyalty program which provides account users and clients an opportunity to earn rewards for using their transactional cards to make payments for purchase of goods and services. SimCash app allows you to register, view your balances, request vouchers for payment and receive all notifications sent via SMS. This combination allows a cashless environment and enables: - In-store shopping - Retailer to wholesaler payments - Wholesaler to supplier payments - Peer-to-peer payments With SimCash app you can also perform the following:- • View your profile • Update your bank details (available only to account holders with a wallet balance) • Register a card (available only to account holders who can register a card) • Pay for purchases (available only to account holders with a wallet balance) • Find merchants within a 10km radius • Change your PIN • View a full list of transactions (mini statement) Important notice: • Only one device can be linked to an account. If you attempt to register multiple devices, your account will be suspended. • Please ensure that your cell phone number is correct on your account.

Struggled to register, once registered, I could not log on with my details. Then I was bombarded with push notifications. Was forced to use app for the national biathlon in Oudshoorn. Ended up depositing R100 in a friends account with a linked card, but the funds never showed. At the event, almost everyone was upset with the way it worked
