ONE TAP IS ENOUGH
Preset tiles for recurring tasks (toilet assistance, meals & feeding, drinking, shopping, and more) — tap, done. Create and customize your own tiles with name, duration, and category. Backdating is supported: entries and trips can be added for past days.
AI SCANS YOUR RECEIPTS
Photograph a receipt or invoice — date, merchant, and amount are recognized automatically; you just confirm. The matching trip is suggested right away.
TRIPS AS A MILEAGE LOG
Shopping trips with a fixed route in one tap; doctor and therapy trips with reason and kilometers — priced automatically. New: save your household home location once, pick the destination via address search, and the round-trip kilometers are calculated automatically — frequent destinations are remembered as favorites.
CARE DIARY FOR CARE-LEVEL ASSESSMENTS\nSame entries, second document: export a structured care diary to prepare for the German care-level (Pflegegrad) assessment — summarized by assessment areas (personal hygiene, nutrition, mobility, housekeeping, supervision), with night-time assistance and a daily log. No double entry.\n\nREADY FOR THE INSURANCE
One tap creates a complete PDF statement organized by claim positions (care services, household assistance, mileage log, expenses) — including receipt images, medical certificate annex, and a tamper-evident change log. CSV export for Excel included.

Family members join via invitation code. External professional caregivers are documented, but their time is correctly excluded from billing.
