Shipping options
Free delivery to your door within 3 - 5 working days for orders over R500. Faster delivery options are available in main centres. We also offer Click & Collect which is free delivery to over 900 TFG stores, and you can also collect your order from 2500+ Pargo pick-up points.
Free returns
Free returns to your closest sportscene store/Pargo pick-up point, or we can arrange a courier collection from your preferred address.
Secure payment methods
Payment options include Credit and Debit cards (Visa, MasterCard), sportscene card, TFG account card and EFT.
TFG account card
One card to pay for all your items. You need a linked card to your online profile - you can apply for an account and link your card online. When you log in with the profile, the card will be available in checkout. You can also pay your monthly instalment in the app.

App is buggy and delayed
The app takes ages to show any progress on my orders the emails to confirm payments or cancellations of a item are by far faster the then app, besides that it’s very convenient to be able to look at items on the app it just needs a few updates to fix some of the problems and I’m sure the app will be running a lot smoother.

Inconsistency
The delivery is so slow as compared to Superbalist. It’s the most irritating thing ever because the app specified that the delivery would happen within 3-5 days but with my experience, it’s been almost 10 days which is ridiculous because it’s not like the item is imported from overseas. So please work on your delivery and the consistency of the information. The app can not contradict the actuality of the process. And please working on having a more detail information when tracking the delivery because honestly, as much as it is exciting to finally have a sportscene app, it’s quite frustrating to get inconsistent information about the most crucial aspect of online shopping which is, delivery. I am a bit disappointed with that regard.

It’s okay app
The app does not show stuff that is being sold in stores and sometimes stuff that are in stores do not show online and the app says it’s out of stock but in the shops they have stock
