Mr Price App 4+

I have made a payment last month on my account using the app. Only to be called and told that I did not make a payment. I have been using the app to pay my account for so long and I have just made a payment to settle this account as I have never been insulted like I was with the emails sent to me. I sincerely hope that no one will be calling me soon to state that I never paid my account.... IF YOUR SYSTEM IS FAULTY FIX IT, don’t make me feel like an idiot, when YOU told me that I can use my app to make payments!!!!
Very disappointed by the POOR and disgusting service... I was even charged interest for being in “arrears”.... I don’t need this pathetic service in my life!

I placed an order online from Mr Price Home for 3 items and after a week only 2 of the items had been delivered. I had to follow up a number of times on the delivery of the third item, which was a couch. I was not receiving any updates with regards to the status of my order. Then a week later I’m informed that the couch was damaged in transit and it would take another week for them to deliver it. My issue was that I had to call in to find out this information as I wasn’t contacted via call or email informing me of the update on my item. Then the following day they called me to confirm that my delivery would arrive and when it did it was the completely wrong couch 🤦🏽‍♀️ After calling both the courier company and MRP no one seemed to know how the screw up happened and all I was advised was that my replacement order had only been placed on the day they delivered the wrong couch. I have since been following up every single day this week as I am still waiting for the replacement delivery. The service has been absolutely appalling. There’s a miscommunication between the couriers and MRP. And don’t even get me started on your WhatsApp agents who are sooooooooooo unhelpful. Honestly I would give this a zero star rating. I’ll never rely on this store for furniture items.

I ordered two items on the app over the weekend, mind you I pay extra for 2-4 day door to door shipping. The item ships out on Monday, it’s Wednesday today and there’s still no update so I took it upon myself to reach out on the app to find out where exactly this package is. First issue I have is I wait an hour for someone to actually respond, just to be told delivery is Friday that just made me extremely furious because the app did not update saying there was a delay or anything and on top of that I paid extra for it to be here on time if I wanted to wait that long I could’ve just collected it from the store and not paid extra for my things I’m mad as hell. On top of that the agent I’m talking to takes her own time to respond and does not even seem bothered by the fact that I’m experiencing this issue, so thanks a lot for your really terrible service and thanks a lot MR PRICE I now do not have a birthday gift for my sister tomorrow . I will take my business elsewhere, very terrible first experience on the app.
