I used to love this app when it was first introduced, their delivery was very quick and it was still free , I used to receive my orders within 2 to 3 days however my my recent orders are very delayed, the app doesn’t even have an option to track order , status will be on payment received for the entire week but estimated delivery is 3-5 days when placing orders. no communication whatsoever

I LOVE my runway, but when you know what you want and spend 90% of your time waiting for the app to think, it is just irritating and I get bored and move on.I would have purchased WAY more stuff, but with the app taking so long, I just don’t have the patience to wait it out especially when I know what I am there for.Perhaps you should have the option where it thinks for those who want it, and for those that don’t just go straight in and LET us navigate instead of making AI do everything! Besides, my picks have NEVER been accurate! I’mToo unpredictable!

This was my very first order on MyRunway, and it’s been a complete NIGHTMARE. I got zero updates about my order the entire time. When I returned two items, I waited all day for collection, only for the courier to show up at 7 pm. They picked up the parcel, and the next day I get an SMS saying it wasn’t even fetched.I’ve sent countless messages and emails which were all IGNORED. I have no clue if I’ll ever get my refund. This is absolutely the worst service I’ve ever experienced. It’s shady, unprofessional, and feels like a literal SCAM. Please save your money and avoid MyRunway completely.
