Very progressive app

This is one of the best apps around. Thank you. I love how the latest specials and promotions are readily available to shop on the app...yeah it seems to struggle a bit with major sales, but I think this is due to higher than normal traffic. That’s the only snag I have and also I the same options for payment on the store card should be on the credit card, ie: to pay by visa or debit cards. Now on then checkout hangs, this will make completing sales more pleasant and more likely. Today it kicked me out once, but I patiently tried again and was able to check out. One last thing...items that are sold out should not show at all when shopping. Once stocks are sold it should just not reflect or state on the pic as sold out to avoid wasting time of going into the product only to don’t out I cannot add it to the cart 😔
Generally I love this app and totally love that I can now also redeem my vouchers...you rock.

Improving each day

I also love this App. It is easy to pay and keep your account up to date. Sometimes when I pay using EFT my payment would take time to reflect end up paying charges but paying with an app, the payment reflects quickly. I like the fact that I can now use chat section for customers service. That’s wonderful!!! One of the few apps have that. One improvement I would suggest is: improve the quality of the product photos especially clothes this helps to see the real quality of the item and make informed decisions b4 you buy

Online shopping fails at checkout

Have used this app frequently. Sadly there are two recurrent problems for me - both are at the checkout point for Click and Collect. Firstly the app hangs (often but not always) during the checkout procedure usually at the payment screen but sometimes earlier in the process. Secondly it would be better if your checkout info was retained on the app so when it does hang you don’t have to go through the entire procedure over and over again. There have been multiple occasions when I have had to scrap the Click and Collect order as I cannot get the payment through until the following day thus delaying my collection date. This means I then have to go into the store to shop. It rather defeats the object of non exposure to COVID. I have not experienced this problem when shopping online via my laptop only via my phone ((Apple)
