Our goal is to make the free version of the app the best free strength training log on the market! Using it, you'll be able to log an infinite amount of workouts, add your own exercises, view basic statistics and track your PRs (both singles and rep records). And you'll get access to a lot of workouts and training programs for different training goals, like building strength or muscle mass!

If you level up to a premium subscription, you'll gain access to more advanced statistics, our full catalog of training programs, great features such as quick stats for sets, and the ability to log sets with reps in reserve (RIR) or rate of perceived exertion (RPE). You will also contribute to the continued development of the app, and we thank you greatly for that!

Subscriptions

In-app you’re able to subscribe to our premium version of the StrengthLog App, in the form of automatically renewable subscriptions.

• Choose between 1 month, 3 months and 12 months.
• Your subscription will be charged to your App Store account upon confirmation of purchase and will be renewed automatically 24 hours before the end of the subscription period if the subscription is not canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• An active subscription cannot be canceled during the active subscription period. However, you can choose to turn auto-renew on/off in your App Store account settings.

Yoooo! What’s that? Every single graph in the app has been switched out from a third-party solution to our very own code, enabling us to make them better and prettier. Take a look and tell us what you think! (Also tell us about any errors that might have snuck in—this is a big change, after all.)

• Small bug fixes (so small that we had to use a magnifying glass on a clear day to find and eliminate them).

User Friendly & Informative

The app is very easy to use and understand especially as a first time strength trainer. The programs are easy to follow and multiple levels (beginner, intermediate, etc.) are available so it’s versatile too. I love the video examples if you’re not sure about form; and the availability of alternative exercises should you be unable to do the suggested exercise.

I love the freedom the programs give to meet you where you are in your health & fitness journey & the muscle map provided. The challenges are fun too! A great way to help motivate you even if you’re training alone.

It syncs very well with Apple Health, and is accurate insofar as the personal data you’ve entered is accurate. I look forward to the future improvements to the app!

Great tracking app

Has everything you need for free. If you can’t find an exercise, it may have a different name, but they have almost everything! You can also add in an exercise if you really can’t find it, which is incredible.
