Terrible
I concur with the other reviewer, I never managed to get an answer to the firmware issue. It just goes round and round. It simpler to go to the website and search there. I’ve used lots of Sony equipment but now I’ve gone to mirrorless fullframe trying to get info via the app is a waste of time.
I did get an indication of a message, but when I opened the app there’s nothing there.

Just bounces you around and you never get actual help... I’m so disappointed in Sony and I just started using them... even this review will bounce me to another place where I will be bounced around.

Does not update or find or fix any bugs. All it does is link to the Sony website
