What’s the Purpose of this App

Can you please explain the logic of putting this App here that doesn’t function . This definitely defeats logic and really goes to show that someone in marketing is getting paid for nothing. Useless

Stuck on OTP

The app asks for an OTP after you put your numbers and I don’t receive and OTP even after pressing resend I have tried to do it for three days now I still don’t receive the OTP

POPI act breach

All i want is to send a parcel why do you want my birthday, gender car make, car registration ext. You are not using my car to drop off my parcel.
