Thread weaves a new social fabric by connecting students, university and community-based volunteers, and collaborators. By radically and permanently reconfiguring the social support structure of all involved, Thread breaks the cycle of crime, poor educational and economic outcomes and replaces it with a new cycle of educational attainment, service and social well-being.

▪ Video Conversations: You now have the ability to send video snippets to your Thread people. Stay in touch with your coach and coachee by sending them a quick video.
▪ Support and Thread Guide: You now have the ability to search the Thread Guide right from your phone. If you need additional support you can send a chat to a Thread staff member and they can help you resolve any issues you are facing.
▪ Relationship Fulfillment Survey: This simple questionnaire is a tool to help you self reflect on your relationships. No one sees this information but you.
▪ Additional Enhancements: We spent some time making certain features easier to use. Too many for us to list here.

All-New Design: How it looks, how it works, and how it feels – We’ve completely redesigned the app to help you better manage your Thread experience.
Coaching Relationships: We’ve added the ability for you to monitor your coaching relationships.
Coaching Groups: We’ve restructured the app to allow you to participate in coaching groups. A Thread family is an example of a coaching group. The groups that you will engage with in Thread are built with the intention to help with the coaching process.
Goals and To-dos: Inside your small groups you can set goals and manage tasks.
Robust Profile Builder: Identify your strengths and share with the community areas where you can help others.
Group Update: We’ve redesigned the way we think about TouchPoints. Instead of logging a TouchPoint we have built a simpler method called the group update. The group update is a way to keep the group informed about progress toward its goals.
Activity Feed: We’ve centralized all of the posts to a single activity feed. You will be able to see posts from your small groups and also posts from the Thread Organization.
Events: We’ve given you the ability to create your own event and see all Thread events.
Improved Sign-in Experience: We’ve streamlined the sign-in process to make it easier for you to get on the app.
