Bad Customer Experience
Not sure why FNB is forcing us to use this app, I missed my lounge experience cause the app refuses to accept my card that I have been able to use many times till this app. This is the only reason why I’m with FNB and this is enough reason for me to leave as it would be cheaper to get a priority pass card.
I have emailed dragon pass but what’s the use when it takes days they can’t resolve the issue, FNB agent are clueless and I am flying around. Goodbye FNB.
One of the worst apps ever
You can never sign up, because the OTP takes more than 10mins to be sent, and then expires before u can use it. The card verification through the bank also loops continuously. Very buggy app.

Can never register
Terrible app. Can never register as when you get to OTP screen, keyboard does not pop up to type the pin
