WhatsApp Business enables you to have a business presence on WhatsApp, communicate more efficiently with your customers, and help you grow your business.

If you have separate business and personal phone numbers, you can have both WhatsApp Business and WhatsApp Messenger installed on the same phone, and register them with different numbers.

In addition to the features available in WhatsApp Messenger, WhatsApp Business includes:

• BUSINESS PROFILE: Create a profile for your business to help your customers find valuable information — like your website, location, or contact information.

• BUSINESS MESSAGING TOOLS: Be more responsive to your customers by using Away messages to indicate that you're away.

• LANDLINE/FIXED NUMBER SUPPORT: You can use WhatsApp Business with a landline (or fixed) phone number and your customers can message you on that number. During verification, select the “Call me” option to receive the code over a phone call.

• RUN BOTH WHATSAPP MESSENGER AND WHATSAPP BUSINESS: You can use both WhatsApp Business and WhatsApp Messenger on the same phone, but each app must have its own unique phone number.

• WHATSAPP WEB: You can more efficiently respond to your customers right from your computer's browser.

WhatsApp Business is built on top of WhatsApp Messenger and includes all the features that you rely on, such as the ability to send multimedia, free calls*, free international messaging*, group chat, offline messages, and much more.

Please add a grouping feature

The app is amazing, but please could the developers add a grouping feature. Not one where it adds all the numbers into a group together. But rather one for us business owners to group categories together. For example it would really help if I could group all my “not financially fit” labels all into one place so they’re not messy everywhere all over my chats. And then have another group for all my “French” labelled chats so that they’re also not scattered everywhere and I can find them in one place. This would help huge 🙏🏻

So this Application is actually not half that bad it’s almost like the real deal just with a few changes here and there as well as the added business text features like adding in your trading hours, which on that point needs to actually be fixed as it is buggy tried to add my own custom ours but the moment I go out to save it makes its own default times...

Besides that what I’m really getting at here though is that if you’ve been previously on the normal WhatsApp and you’re looking to switch to WhatsApp business with the same number, please do be advised you will start over, all the groups you were in you would have to find a way back in profile statuses will be WhatsApp business default which can be changed afterwards,

Reason why I’m posting this was because I wasn’t aware of this the first time I tried WhatsApp business, which I ended up losing hundreds of groups I was in previously so just a heads up.

Desperately Needs a FILTER function

I’m rather surprised that WA Business still doesn’t have a messages filter option. I would like to intentionally focus on unread messages from time to time, but because WA Business doesn’t have an “unread messages” filter, it’s a tedious process for me to scroll through a ton of messages daily so that I can respond when time finally allows. Even when I mark those messages as unread, they’ll still move to the bottom of the chat log as new messages come in. My clients will inevitably feel or perceive me as a disinterested service provider, because the newer texts are prioritised and the older “marked as unread” ones are now at the bottom of the chat log.

PLEASE ADD THE FILTER ON WHATSAPP BUSINESS.
