I’m a student and I’ve loved the website version of this for a while, but I thought the mobile version might be easier for when I don’t have access to my laptop. Not sure if this is just my phone, but the app is almost unusable. I can’t watch the videos in landscape and when I try to lock my phone in landscape to see if it will work it just stops playing the video and exits out of the video. I barely move my phone and it immediately exits the video too. I’ve tried multiple times to find a work around and so far nothing is working. Also, when I pause a video and try to unpause it again it freezes and won’t let me click on anything. I’ve tried restarting the app and it does the same things over and over again.

I signed up for a free trial many months ago and almost immediately cancelled my subscription for the premium, as I only needed the premium account to look at one question and then I immediately went to cancel the subscription (as I always do when I sign up for a free trial) or so I thought, so I was surprised when I got a bill for the next month. Then, I unsubscribed again (so I thought). I didn’t see it in my credit card statements after that, so I thought I was successful. Now, more than 6 months later, I saw another charge, and that I had been paying them $20 a month for ~8 months. It was then a pain to get into my account and cancel the subscription. 100% not worth using. This is the first 1 star review I’ve ever left on the app store.
