Fund transfer is very dangerous using this app

I recently attempted to transfer funds using my banking app and encountered a frustrating issue. Despite making multiple attempts, I repeatedly received a timeout error message. After some persistence, I discovered that all of my attempts had indeed gone through, resulting in multiple deductions from my account. These are fundamental issues that a mobile banking app should effectively address. When I reached out to customer support, I was astonished to be advised not to make multiple attempts, which seemed like an inadequate solution to the problem.

Disappointing Downtime

I’ve been using the Seylan Bank iOS app for a while now, and I’ve generally found it convenient for managing my finances. However, the recent experience of more than 24 hours of downtime has been extremely frustrating. As a customer relying on the app for various transactions and account monitoring, the extended outage was highly inconvenient and disruptive to my financial planning. I hope the developers take proactive measures to ensure such extended downtime doesn’t occur in the future. Improving reliability and minimizing downtime should be a top priority to maintain customer satisfaction and trust.
