Good UI but complicated

Big improvement compared to the old app, but some of the basic aspects related to transactions are unnecessarily complicated in this app. For example in the old app at the end of a transaction I’m given the option to download a printable PDF receipt for the transaction. Where as for ComBank digital I had to call up the customer service to know how to download a receipt and so many clicks and steps just to download a simple receipt for a transaction. I think the developers need to provide simpler methods to fulfil basic aspects of transactions people do most often. The receipt is one such example.

Definitely better than the old app but..

1)I find it impossible to transfer to another bank account except for commercial. It says “Beneficiary name may only contain alphanumeric characters” what’s that supposed to mean. Even after I fill all the necessary fields with all details I can’t do the transfer.

2) There’s no proper transaction receipt to keep as proof, to show the person I have transferred the cash to.

Please use 'Domestic Payments' option under 'Transfers' to do transfers to other banks and refrain from using any special characters in the 'Beneficiary Name' field. ComBank Digital allows you to view and download Cyber Receipts for all your transactions within the app itself. To download Cyber Receipts, go to 'User' > 'Online Activity'. Too restrictive security measures

I really liked this app and preferred it over the old version. But this one is forcing me to change my password after a certain period of time. I understand that it's a security measure. But I can't come up with new passwords every few months and remember them. It's fine if you want to give the option to change the password but please consider making it non-mandatory. Let the user accept an agreement that waves the bank off of any liability. So the user can either change the password or accept the risks and keep using the same password. Because this current way is rather bothersome and annoying.

Dear user, thank you for the interest shown. ComBank Digital does ask you to change the password periodically to ensure that your Digital Banking experience is secure. However, you can use your phone's Biometrics to log into he app without having to enter the Password every time you want to log in. To enable Biometric Login, go to 'User' > 'Manage My Devices' > select the device and change 'Remember Me' setting according to you preference.
