Good UI but complicated

Big improvement compared to the old app, but some of the basic aspects related to transactions are unnecessarily complicated in this app. For example in the old app at the end of a transaction I’m given the option to download a printable PDF receipt for the transaction. Where as for ComBank digital I had to call up the customer service to know how to download a receipt and so many clicks and steps just to download a simple receipt for a transaction. I think the developers need to provide simpler methods to fulfil basic aspects of transactions people do most often. The receipt is one such example.

Need serious optimizations

Very complex, looks like whoever developed this application doesn’t use any other banking application. Sorry developers but its TRUE….. Following issues needs to be fixed 1) the way you presenting each function/ operation should be optimized. 2) please get rid of the notification method or let user select the feature. Every time i use the application it sends notifications to my mobile no, email and app notification everything. Seriously I’m tired of clearing notifications 3) Need a detailed report for each or date range transactions and users can be able to save it as pdf or png etc 4) bill payment/ frequent payments should be choosable within a second but users can’t 5) please be practical because we don’t remember or writing account numbers we get recipient data from another application like whatsapp/ messenger etc. while gathering and inputting details it needs to be re logging again. which means another batch of notifications. Please increase it to 15-30 seconds or let user decide time of expiration. Commercial bank is really good bank i can put my score 10/10 but this application is totally headache So be practical, make this application great Thank you.

Trash App - Unprofessional and worst UI

When comparing to other banking apps this app is really unprofessional Not user-friendly at all. Too complicated. Doing fund transfers are really hard and higher fees being charged, even for online shopping the currency exchange rate is too high. The app directly cannot do any common and important things like fund transfers, we need to login through the web ever- time that’s sometimes unsecured. In vain I registered for a savings account at this unprofessional and complicated banking system. When I make a purchase online via the debit card , the amount deducted is on hold. So what if the debit card is hacked and the unauthorized users take an amount above the balance amount??? These features are not secure at all. Please make improvements in your application keep it technologically simple, secured and updated. The same developer has many applications on AppStore, I'm not sure which to download. Completely frustrating! I’ll have to deactivate my account and switch to different banking service.

High Currency Exchange Rates and Fees:
I have observed high currency exchange rates and unnecessary fees. Transparent fee structures and competitive rates are essential for customer trust.

Alert Service Charges: The charge of over 500/- for the alert service seems excessive. I recommend reviewing this pricing to align with industry standards.
