Almost perfect! (Almost)

As per my experience with the Flash app, I’ve had no serious issues except for one. I understand that automatically logging out after I leave the app is normal and I usually use my fingerprint to log back in. But like once every two to three months I get asked to enter the login details and not use the fingerprint. The thing is since I use the fingerprint most of the time, I tend to forget the password. But when I try to reset it, I get an error. And this is kind of annoying. Then I have to contact customer service and after a long long conversation I get a new temporary password and login with that and change it into my own password.

What I’m trying to say is it would nice if the “reset password” option actually works.

Give Tap to Pay using NFC Feature

I’m using flash over 3+ years now and it is my favorite app for online banking and other payment schemes. But when I went to merchants that doesn’t support QR payment methods and at that I don’t have my card with me either I face to lots of struggles to make the payment. So I’m highly suggesting implementing your app with tap to pay feature with NFC technology like Apple Pay, GPay by Google or you can setup this feature with Apple Pay, GPay. That would be great advantage to most of customers and it’ll be a great turnover for Sri Lankan Payment schemes because most of Credit Card Terminals support NFC feature.

This great banking app in srilanka

This is great app in srilanka so far. I have tired most the banking app and smart wallet but this is best application so far. Because of less promotion it didn't reach most of the consumers. This is my primary banking application. I'm doing all my transaction through this app. I would like to mention few issues I have come a cross few issues.
1. I have some issue while connect with other banks.
2. It would be better if we can connect other bank debit card and credit card
3. See the transaction history seems difficult. Would be good if we make it more visible and easy to see
4. I don't find budget section more useful here
