Lot of bugs
It says it invalid device ID on first start, I have to force close app and start again. Just pay payment retrievals from another bank account took one day to proceed after complaining the incident. Customer support is not good at all. Bank transfers and bill payments work good. Amount of my account doesn't load fast. I hope they will improve the app and fix these bugs in the near future.

Almost perfect! (Almost)
As per my experience with the Flash app, I’ve had no serious issues except for one. I understand that automatically logging out after I leave the app is normal and I usually use my fingerprint to log back in. But like once every two to three months I get asked to enter the login details and not use the fingerprint. The thing is since I use the fingerprint most of the time, I tend to forget the password. But when I try to reset it, I get an error. And this is kind of annoying. Then I have to contact customer service and after a long long conversation I get a new temporary password and login with that and change it into my own password.
What I’m trying to say is it would nice if the “reset password” option actually works.

Transaction Features Needed
2 stars becoz I like this app when compare to other banks’ apps (if it isn’t i would give 1 star). But there are many changes to be done to the app. 1. I think it’s better to keep track of the transactions in this same Flash app rather than on two different applications (Flash and ePassbook) . It keeps tired of doing online mobile banking. Suggestion: Integrate ePassbook to Flash. 2. This Flash app doesn’t have a feature to track live account balance once we do a transaction. Please make it like your ePassbook service. And this issue is a headache. 3. Many times i have experienced app crashes, and please test this app precisely since this is a banking app not a app made by a school boy. I have experienced lot of troubles becoz of this. In future hope you guys will make corrections without letting us to publish these things on social media. Thank you.
