Best Banking App - Very user friendly / professional & secured

This app is really better than the comdigital, Very user friendly, good Ui and very professional. But the only useless thing is it tells to change password every month, which is real hard to keep it remembered, when changing password frequently. And another dissatisfaction is that the bank charge higher fees for exchange rates and also charging fees for online banking. And also a important feature must be added where, when making fund transfers the name doesn’t show-up automatically when the account number is entered for outerbanks. But for interbank this feature is available and it’s useful. Please bring this feature as this can prevent from making funds to other accounts mistakenly. Preventing typos.

Need a debit card and a bank visit, Too slow and too many errors,

This app was great when it first arrived. fluid and convenient. Lately it’s slow, every tap has a loading time it’s really inconvenient and takes way too long to do simple tasks let alone a transfer. There are also errors when doing transactions “not available at the moment” where you have to repeat the steps over and over again. There is also a season expired error that happens when you complete a transaction and tap “transfer” even when you just logged in to make a transfer. Overall too many bugs to use this. The initial sign in was also inconvenient as I had to actually visit a branch since I don’t use a debit card. Editing the review since the debit card dependency still exists. I’m trying to reset the passcode and the process requires the PIN number of your debit card. Why ? Why do you need a debit card, isn’t the whole purpose of going digital to reduce and move away from bank visits ? If you dont use a debit card why are you forced to have one and remember a pin ? I can login to online banking and do the same without a debit card so there is no additional security layer added. This is a real inconvenience and some stupid barrier that your it team fails to address

Transition to HNB completed - and more than thrilled !

Early March
The bank app is so good - that I will actually be letting go of a 26 year old relationship with another bank to move to HNB , due to the functionality of this app. I have been experimenting with. Much faster to do a transfer - and also offers SMS notification to the recipient. And app and web talk to each other . Now I just need to walk to a HNB bank to create a new, separate savings account to help make it easier to keep track , and then, fully on board with HNB.

Transitioned, by opening a new account at your Central Hospital Branch, and been using extensively over the last two months . Thrilled , all work as intended.
More thrilled to see that today’s update allows us to create a nickname to the accounts we have . Another time saving option for me! Makes it so much easier given I have two accounts at the moment , and helps keep sufficient funds / account properly .
