Honestly speaking you can’t even add your HNB account forget other major bank institutions. So much bugs. Worst customer service support. Today I have tried to reach them via SOLO HOTLINE for almost more than 16 min still waiting, I mean this is insane. Compared to other payment apps I will rate you in below rating scale.
No 1 - UPay by SDB
No 2 - Q+ Commercial bank
No 3 - Smart Pay by BOC
NO 4 - People’s pay by people’s bank
No 5 - Genie by DIALOG AXIATA
No 6 - Frimi by PABC
NO 7 - SOLO by HNB
NO 8 - NDB Neos - NDB BANK.

I recommend you to download UPAY BY SDB TO all the people. You have to learn lot from such small player (SANASA BANK) in SriLankan banking industry .
