The app has been consistently slow for months. It takes far too long to load, open sub-menus, and navigate between sections. This is not a network issue on my end — my internet connection is stable and fast. The performance problems clearly lie within the app itself.There’s little point in offering an app if it becomes practically unusable due to lag and poor responsiveness. Focus should be on making the app usable and reliable — the introduction of new options or services is meaningless if the core functionality isn’t working properly.I strongly urge the development team to address these issues as a priority. A better user experience is long overdue.

In the meantime, as an alternative solution, we kindly suggest clearing the app data and cache, then reinstalling the application to check if the issue is resolved.

Glitches often and it’s a hassle to use the app. I have used it several times but you always need to have a backup. Also, my app is up to date yet it suggest me to update the app. When I open the iOS App Store to update it will just have an option open the app not an update button.

Utterly Ridiculous and worthless app in SRI Lanka

Honestly speaking you can’t even add your HNB account forget other major bank institutions. So much bugs. Worst customer service support. Today I have tried to reach them via SOLO HOTLINE for almost more than 16 min still waiting, I mean this is insane. Compared to other payment apps I will rate you in below rating scale. No 1 - UPay by SDBNo 2 - Q+ Commercial bankNo 3 - Smart Pay by BOC NO 4 - People’s pay by people’s bankNo 5 - Genie by DIALOG AXIATA No 6 - Frimi by PABCNO 7 - SOLO by HNBNO 8 - NDB Neos - NDB BANK.Hope this cra..ppie developer will understand why I have rated you so badly. I recommend you to download UPAY BY SDB TO all the people. You have to learn lot from such small player (SANASA BANK) in SriLankan banking industry .If you wish to see the screenshot containing the errors I have received while trying to add HNB ACCOUNT OR ANY OTHER BANK. What the purpose of you can’t pay with your debit card????
