This is a one of the best banking & pay app in sri lanka. Most of leading sri lankan banks are struggling to build up user friendly safe app. However nsb created a good platform. The only issue i saw, there is no place or a icon in the main user interface to go to bank account / enter to view account balance directly. How ever it can view after few steps. I think developers will consider my point in future app updates. Otherwise good app.

Sorry to say NSB app has gone from bad to worst. I can’t believe some people have rates 5 star and says this is the best app. Clearly they have not used apps by other banks. With the recent update unable to do transfers. Getting stuck I tried a transfer to my owns account in another bank and even after 6 attempts did not go through. This has limited functionality and now with the update even what worked does not work anymore. I use Sampath, HNB, Combank, Genie, Frimi and they are all far superior to this app. I would ask those who say this is the best APP to use and see. I am sure these 5 stars are employees of NSB. Sad to say my primary account is with NSB even though with all this difficultly. Simply trying to help out a gov bank no other reason. I had a fraudulent card transaction and it took 2 1/2 years to get the refund. Can you believe that. I could have died in that time. This is how efficient NSB is. Better do better because people are not going to wait too long to shift

There few important concerns that I have.1) cannot go back once I click the till savings history2) Till savings for a transaction only working for the default one even we add for all. 3) No filtering for the account statement. Needs to be shown at least up-to 30 details. Currently showing transactions in statement up to 10 only. 4) Need more details about the account. Branch / Balance / Holds / Savings Type 5) Most of the time it is failing the transactions done by other added cards or accounts.6) Standing orders are not working properly if we add 2 or more. It is better that we are allowed to edit current standing orders.7) It is needed to allow editing saved payee details. 8) Needs to add future standing orders with user selected start date. Currently we are allowed to add standing orders when we start a transactions.

As many others, I have also been waiting so long for NSB to launch an app. Using this for few days & this is a great app with great features. Anyone can easily use the NSBPAY. Hope you will add an option to check the account balance as well.
