Great UX. Missing critical features.

Update 2:
Fund transfers to CAL ( bill payment option ) doesn’t work. It deducts the amount. But CAL refuses to accept, saying that they’ve terminated their NTB accounts.

Update: It doesn’t show pending transactions. Most banks have categorized transactions in to 3 sections. 1. statements 2. unbilled transactions ( transactions done in current month ) 3. pending transactions ( approved, but transaction hasn’t been completed, takes 2-3 days ) I’m asking about the 3rd category. NTB direct has ‘Billed’ & ‘Unbilled’ sections. But both show the same-thing. Could be a bug. … Far better than rest of the banking apps in SL. * Credit Card section is missing a ‘pending transactions’ section though. I get an SMS as soon as a transaction is done, but it doesn’t show up in app. No way of identifying why I was charged, untill the payment goes to unbilled state.

Good with one feedback

The app is overall the best interface I have used from Sri Lankan banks (and I have used almost all Banks’ apps). This is clean and easy to understand.
Plus the look is very good and app functions are very smooth.
My only feedback is that there is no “Refresh” option in the home page. For example when I open my app it will show my account balances at the top, but if a change happens to an account balance while the app is open (I transfer money to my NTB account from another amount) the home page will still show the old account balance. I need to go into the account itself to see the change. It would be great if there is a refresh option or at least drag down and release to refresh the homepage.

No support for card payments.

Overall app is good. No crashes.

Bill payments are only allow to be done through savings accounts as the payment option. Bill payments should be possible to be done through any active card.
