Privacy policy is not clear

You are not saying why you are collecting NIC and Phone number. Are you using it for your marketing?(or May be for KYC). The customer has the right to know. I cant go to your website and read your common privacy policy. Please Include it in the T&C itself. Overall experience is good.

Scam! Do not download!

Recently, I became a victim of an unauthorized deduction from my Sampath Bank account through this app. Despite a supposed refund in 2022 due to a system error, the app deducted the same amount again in 2024 without my consent.

I find this behavior unacceptable and indicative of a scam. Not only did I not receive any confirmation or explanation for the initial refund in 2022, but I also did not authorize any access to my bank account for fund transfers.

I urge everyone to avoid downloading this app to protect your financial information and avoid falling victim to similar scams. My complaint remains unresolved, and I am now considering legal action. Beware and stay safe!

Seems not tested before releasing

1. Made my first QR payment, the app showed the transaction failed and amount returned. Repeated the scan, same result. But when checked the account, the amount was deducted twice with no such returns were there. Had to contact customer care to cancel the payments (they were very friendly and supportive)

2. Deleted an attached Vishwa account from app, there is no way to add it back - unable to make any payments now, because there’s no source account in the app.

I wonder whether the developers bothered to test these basic functions before releasing the app to the public.
