I like extra product that the reason I always purchase from EXTRA . But your worker there not good to give good services. Especially in closing time I regret to say that after 10:30 they not allow to enter but in jarir even 5 min before they allow to purchase and buy they always welcome. Because of that you losing more business they way they treat .So please change your co worker because they spoil name of EXTRA

I placed my order on 19 October 2019 based on a preorder offer for Huawei Watch GT2, 46mm for 899 SR + gift ear pod wireless worth 349 SR and delivery on 21 October 2019 , I prepaid my order through SADAD and they confirm receiving then after one day they sent to me shipping tracking number , So i expected to receive a call from courier to arrange delivery but this is never happened so i called customer service and they confirmed that the order will be delivered either between 12 to 5 pm or from 6 to 10 pm , after 5 pm i had another call with them and they informed me scheduled delivery to be 26 October 2019 and customer service agent informed me to go and complaint as he will not do anything for me , i called them again they informed me what happened is a mistake and i will receive my order before 10 pm which never happened on 22 October i made a call with them to raise a complaint and they hold me for 11 minutes to answer my call , then put me on hold again for more 4 minutes hen refused to raise a claim and i insisted to raise a claim and take its number ,and informed me before close with them that my order will be delivered by 2 November 2019 which is unprofessional and unacceptable from any online store to make fake ads and take money from customers without giving any care , my advice to all is to never buy online from this store and just look for trusted site and never pay in advance to them if you going to order ,.

My sad story of purchasing a refrigerator from eXtra. I purchased LG refrigerator from the company, and when I received it, I found it not working. I contacted the company at the same time of receipt to return or replace it, but the company gave me an appointment for a technician to visit me after the return or replacement period ended, and the company refused to change the appointment, because their work pressure, after that I contacted them to return the refrigerator, and I was surprised that they do not agree to the return or replacement, they only agree to maintain the refrigerator, and now I am trying with the Ministry of Commerce to preserve my rights in the return or replace, so I advise not to purchase of eXtra company, if you want customer service, service after the sale, return and replacement, because you will often regret purchase from them.
