Camera good app needs some tweaks

The camera itself I feel works great. Provides clear pictures.

The app needs tweaks. You can’t zoom in on events the camera has captured making trying to see who or what is on your property difficult.

You can zoom in on live view but live view only which doesn’t really help all the time. You are able to hear clearly from at least 15 feet away which is better than most cameras.

I also find it odd that I have two cameras but have to buy a subscription separately for each one. If I added more cameras then again separate payments. It would be nice to see multiple camera payments.

Battery life is lower if you’re camera picks up a lot of activity however, you can quickly unscrew it and charge it within a couple hours and hang it back up.

I read some interesting reviews and felt the need to give a review based upon the larger percentage of satisfied customers. This app and the cameras are amazing, most of what I’m seeing in negative reviews are user error, even from not selecting a user agreement / so the app won’t allow them to log in. I went with the cloud service for an additional $2.99 a month and I highly recommend it. I can choose what is detected (vehicle, person, pet, or package delivery) and in what area within the camera sight (I limited mine to only the door so I’m not recording the street via motion detection). The user interface is easy and the thoughtful features are incredible. If I could make one complaint / upgrade recommendation… the recorded videos that are stored, I’d love a function to be able to download those and share in case I ever needed solid evidence of a break in.

Worst camera and app we’ve ever owned

One star is too many. The camera alone if awful. It’s always resetting it’s self and we constantly have to re-add the camera back in the app. Which is a process of its own. Making it nearly impossible to do it in the middle of the night while my child is sleep. The app is always freezing and shutting down. By the time my app FINALLY pulls up the video I’m already in the room. We purchased this to keep an eye on our toddler while she sleeps in case she has any issues and had to buy a cheap baby monitor as back up because this randomly stops working so often. This was supposed to give piece of mind and has only added stress. I also want to make it clear we have great internet/ speed and live in a one story home. Don’t waste your time or money

Dear customer, according to your description, you may add a camera between multiple accounts. According to our design, one camera can only be added to one account, and the previous account will lose the binding relationship after another account is added. If your problem has not been solved, please describe your problem details through customer service contact in the application. We will serve you wholeheartedly.
