EDIT: I have been using this app for several years now. I wrote my original review below after so much frustration that lasted through many versions of this app. Since my last review, the creator seems to have put more time into fixing bugs and making this app functional. Many of the features that didn’t used to work now function well. I am still weary to update right when a new version is released for fear of losing some of the long awaited functionality, but I can say by now this is probably irrational. Keep up the good work!

TRIED using this app for about a month now, but you can't use it because it NEVER WORKS. About 95% of the time you try to view a camera, the app just gives you an error and says "device failed to load". There's no point of trying to view your cameras from a mobile app if the app never lets you view anything. Whether you're on wifi or on a cellular network, it always has trouble loading. I have also tried other camera viewing apps from this same creator and have found that they won't load cameras either.

I'm really dumbfounded by all the negative reviews. Quick easy setup, my 4k cameras look amazing. The only issue I'm having is the ptz does not seem to work in the app. If this would work the app would be 5 stats.

I have good experience with app and is one of the best free app with professional look and no adds. Only things to improve is resuming of preview when app is initialize that sometimes gets stuck and u need to move within the menu and go back to preview for the cams to re-appear and resume in their original positions. Even when account is already login. And 2 ipc side-by-side view would be a great to have, for scenarios of only 2 cameras when someone needs to take advantage of all available screen space for larger clear images, particularly in small screens as phones and tablets. Great app overall.
