STILL won’t let me login
it’s been a month- STILL unable to update my password even though i am required to manually by the app. this time the update button IS activated and reacting as though i’m clicking it, but absolutely nothing happens.
you realize when this happens i can’t check my loan? i can’t pay extra on it? i can’t check my escrow accounts? i can’t access anything? and you want to charge me extra for paper versions of things when you don’t make your electronic access functional? and americans just continue to accept this treatment…. absolutely unreal. we ALL deserve better than this.
forcing me to change my password (yet with so many password rules and strange special character allowances i can never remember it anyway), but the update button won’t actually activate and hitting “done” on my keyboard isn’t triggering any activity on the page. this app is one of the most dysfunctional thing i’m forced to use on a regular basis day and i live in america… that’s saying a lot. while i’m here, the navigation isn’t intuitive. why tell me i have offers if i don’t? whether or not the projected amounts saved/projected payoff dates account for our current extra principal payments when scrolling through early payoff is unclear. places in the app and places in the paperwork disagree with each other.
Can’t make my payment
Keep trying to make a payment early and it won’t let me, telling me my account status won’t allow me to make a payment. Tried calling customer service, after being disconnected and transferred around, they told me they would look into it and call me back. No one ever did. At the last minute, I was able to make a payment, but this month I am trying to pay early again and boom, it won’t let me. Seems to me they don’t want you to pay early where they make less $.
So far so good
It does what I would expect from a mortgage app. I’ve had Wells Fargo and Mr. Cooper and don’t feel like Movement lags behind any of their services. It would be nice if they added support for automating weekly or even daily payments. As a workaround, I set up automated billing through my bank to make prepayments… so I’ll see how that works out.
