Had this software on my laptop for years and have been very happy with it. As a technophobe I was very hesitant on how to install it on my phone. A message from Apple advised me of viruses on my phone and I bit the bullet to put my phone on the account. It only took me about 20 minutes to do so and most of that was because of my lack of technology understanding. Very happy to have done so now.

I am genuinely impressed with this security company but because of these tech companies and their ridiculous policies I am not going to repurchase this subscription because non of these web browser protection will work correctly at all because of this tech company policies and they are just ripping users off and we aren’t even getting what we paid for literally every single time I’ve tried turning on any of these different features they just keep turning them off and I am wishing that I had of gone with a different type of device because there are to many restrictions on different types of security software and security products with these tech companies today and I am utterly fed up with paying them money for products that aren’t even remotely doing exactly what they are supposed to be doing None of this Adblocker or web browser protection will even work correctly because of these tech companies policies that do nothing but cut them off and keep turning them off every single time after you have repeatedly tried to activate them and I am utterly fed up with paying for multiple different types of security measures just so these tech companies keep stopping them from working correctly and just taking our money There is either something wrong with this app or the stupid policies with this tech company and their software causing nothing but problems because literally every single time I’ve asked your chat Ai this entire app cuts off my network connection and it wouldn’t even at first let me scan anything at all and then it just kept sitting there doing nothing at all and these tech companies policies do nothing but completely destroy the principle of internet security after everything that I’ve reached into and cause nothing but problems with most of these internet security applications and even causing them to get blocked off what is the point in paying for a product that gets blocked off and I have raised serious concern about this to cybersecurity experts

Avoid if you use an iPhone

I really wanted to believe this app would work on my iphone to monitor the non- Apple products used on the phone including browsers such as Edge, Chrome, Google and other apps downloaded from Apple store. Sadly it seems to only analyse Safari and the IOS version. I have not found a setting for it to check any other browser or downloaded app. It regularly sends annoying notifications with more invasive recommendations such as monitoring all inbound calls. It also issues incorrect critical notifications. Today it sent a critical issue notification that my IOS version was out of date. When I checked I found that Apple had automatically completed the IOS successfully 6 hours earlier. I would give more stars for the daily news briefs. Avoid the phone app it is a waste of money.
