Works across all my devices seamlessly including pc’s, iPhones, and androids (tablets) proving to be easy to set up with/on various operating systems associated with my devices. The UI is ‘family friendly’ and suitable for users of all capabilities to easily grasp and implement. Happy with packages available and went with a medium term plan-commitment as it met my requirements and budget. Only issue I’ve experienced was having to uninstall and reinstall 1 time each on 2 devices, easy enough fix. Location variety, available speeds and settings choices meet all my requirements. Although tweaking them should be done with a good understanding of what impact it will have and not recommended for novices to ‘play around with’.

Hello PIA developers,Been a long time fan of PIA, which is why it’s all the more disappointing to see the state of the iPhone app and the lack of acknowledgment of issues with the IOS application. In case it’s not clear from the most recent comments your app is broken and unreliable. To see updates coming through to the application is good to see, but made totally useless by the fact the application is broken. Have you(the developers) actually tried to use the app recently? I’ll save you some time. It works sometimes but most of the time it’s connected and no internet traffic gets through. I signed up for a year subscription because of the excellent reputation and past experiences I have had with PIA. Seems as though though this was a waste of money as the app simply does not work. Please do not try to pass this off as user error or device specific issues. Tried on 5 different iPhones using different configuration and different access points. Let me be blunt.... YOUR APP IS BROKEN. Please get it together. Based on what I’ve seen we won’t get any acknowledgment of this issue but at the very least this has allowed me to vent my frustration. Expected better from you PIA.....
iCloud backup was turning off

It’s not something I check too often if iCloud backup is on or not. On my previous phone 8 plus, it was never a problem, so it looks like a recent app update. Bought a 12pm last July. I’m not sure about the app date history, but I’m guessing it may have started in December, but I can’t be entirely sure. I noticed it was switched off around the third week of January somewhere. Thought it was weird, turned it back on. But unfortunately I didn’t think about monitoring it. It popped in my mind again around the 12th of February, and it was switched off again. I also regularly switch the phone off for about 10 minutes a day or couple days. Called up Apple support, told me there was no emerging issues on their end regarding this issue. told me it was the vpn, Uninstalled it for a few days. Something else, i noticed there was a sometime coincidence of this happening when connecting the phone to iTunes on an win10 desktop But all in all, after the uninstall and reinstall, it seems to be all good and the back up has not switched off since, which has been a bit over 3 weeks now. Performing a net search doesn’t really yield any results bJust thought I’d put it out there for Pia to have a look at regular iOS and app updates too. No real major iOS bugs noticed on my device, well apart from the one mentioned.

The vpn works great and I have been using them for the last decade. Easy integration into iOS and Windows. Lots of countries to choose from. The only thing to be aware of is that if you allow them to auto renew your subscription you will pay an exorbitant amount compared to just buying a new subscription online. You pay around double for the convenience of doing nothing.
