I used the free trial from time shifter. It did help me to timeshift 11 hours diference from Brazil to Bali. It was easy to follow steps and I felt little jet lag on the way there, and almost none on the way back. As I dont travel often, not sure if the price is worth it at the point it is now for non-us folks like me.

I’ll admit I was a bit skeptical about the app at first, but I decided to test it during a trip to the UK and was super positively surprised that it works! On both legs of the trip even!I followed between 80-90% of the plan (i can’t sleep at all during flights unfortunately) and did not feel an inch of jet leg. Definitely recommend it!
